The Book Market location was also introducing The Unseen Dummy Award Presentation that showcased the shortlist of dummies submitted for the Unseen Dummy Award that is produced in collaboration with Lecturis. 

The winning dummy of 2018 edition is UBUNTU - a dummy telling a story of a Congolese community in Belgium and produced by Rebecca Fertinel. It will be published by Lecturis in spring 2019. This year’s international jury was comprised of Paul van Mameren (managing director, Lecturis), Sarah Allen (assistant curator, Tate Modern), Tim Clark (editor-in-chief and director, 1000 Words), Russet Lederman (co-founder, 10×10 Photobooks) and Małgorzata Stankiewicz (winner of the Unseen Dummy Award 2017).
